FAQs
What happens if I need to cancel our agreement?
Hey, I get it, life happens.
Depending on why, we can always pause the project for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
I’ll check in with you every few weeks to see how you’re doing and if after the end of the break, you still need to cancel- we’ll work together to come to a good stopping point.
Can we pick back up where we left off after I’ve canceled my Project?
Nope. If you need to cancel the project, we throw it all away and start over. It’s considered a “failure” & we would need to start with what we (Project Managers) call a “retrospective” to understand what went wrong & how it can be prevented for future projects.
Can I “upgrade” or, “downgrade” at any time?
Abso-forking-lutely! If you decide you need more (or less) support from me; we’ll check in for each project milestone and decide then if you’re getting the support you need from me.
